Click 'checkout' to start the process of payment selection.

You can now leave special instructions or change the quantity you need.

Next click 'CHECKOUT' to be taken to the payment page.

Choose a Shipping option and enter any discount codes or gift cards you may have.

Finally Choose a Payment Option from Credit Card, Visa, Mastercard, Afterpay, Unionpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shopify Shop Pay then push "Complete Order." You will be notified via email with an attached pdf receipt.

Once you have received a 'Ready to Collect' email to confirm that your order is ready to pickup during store hours.Please wait for this email before you come in to collect your order, to avoid disappointment.

Bring your 'Ready to Collect' email – this can be printed or displayed on your phone - and proceed to Holmes & Co shop counter, 71A Victoria Street, Cambridge.

Your order will be available for 7 days after the 'Ready to Collect' email has been sent. If not collected after this time, you will be contacted to arrange a suitable collection time. If not reachable or the goods are no longer required, the order will be cancelled, refunded and returned to stock.

Yes - they will need to show a copy of your 'Ready to Collect' email, either printed or displayed on a phone.

When you checkout you are directed to Shopify secure payment gateway where you can enter your credit card or payment details safely.

On checkout you can either opt to pay by Credit Card: Visa or Mastercard. You can also choose from Afterpay, Unionpay, Shopify Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Shipping Options

Shipping options are shown at checkout and will vary depending on the delivery address. Please check your spam folders if you haven't received tracking information.

We try to dispatch the following day after your order is made. We send Monday-Friday. Any order made on a Friday will be sent the following Monday as we do not have courier pick ups on Saturday and Sundays or public holidays.

NZ Domestic Rates

New Zealand Nationwide Standard Shipping - $15nzd

Please allow up to two (2) working days for your order to arrive within New Zealand before contacting us about a late delivery. We use Aramex and the tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as they become available. Please contact us if you haven't received it and check your spam box. Due to Covid-19 there have been some courier delays that are out of our control.

New Zealand Orders are shipped from our location in Cambridge.

International Delivery

We currently only ship within New Zealand.
